Courtyard Villas at the Fairways property owners belong to the BMSA and "Courtyard Villas at the Fairways Home Owners Association". As a sub-association, Courtyard Villas at the Fairways, has its own Management Company, Board of Directors, Bylaws, Covenants, Budget, Reserve Funds and Financial Statements.
